The three-storey residential building constructed in the classical architecture style is located on a site surrounded by a picturesque forest in one of the corners of the Moscow region. Design solution for the space was achieved given the design specifications and style preference of the client. The building is set back 25 m from the road, allowing for the design of the front entrance and other entry features for the mansion.

The façade of the courtyard includes a series of open terraces and balconies overlooking the lake. The materials of the façade include massive architectural elements of the Armenian travertine stone, window designs made of solid wood, and a roof made of patinated copper. The entire site is filled with small architectural improvements, for example the paving is made of a special granite pattern.

Architectural lighting for the building was developed by German specialists, and the author of the concept of interior design is Allen Dulac.
